“Nozawa Onsen Winterland” is a short film by Sam Levings about a special place in northern Nagano, a traditional hot spring town with a rich Olympic history called Nozawa Onsen. Winterland Lodge and Taproom sponsored the film that was produced by Outdoor Japan. It features local Nozawa Onsen skiers and snowboarders and a special appearance by Nick Saxon who played at the Winterland Taproom and Compass Village. The short film was supported by Sierra Nevada, Teton Gravity Research, Outdoor Japan. The TGR ski and snowboard film, “Winterland” premiered in Japan at Winterland Taproom.
